Your field of responsibility


You’ll be responsible for revenue generating projects using data and analytics in Switzerland and globally. Being capable of both backend and frontend work, applying agile principles and working in a DevOps way and awareness of technical trends is essential for a successful application. You will be exposed to the front-office and partake in discussion on architecture, innovation, and the place of analytics in the firm. You will take responsibility of team’s and/or projects’ direction, propose solutions and guide and mentor others to achieve common goals.

Your prospective team is a group of motivated individuals coming from different areas of expertise but all sharing an interest in data and technical domain. You’ll be working both with experts from the bank and new members who have just embarked on that journey. The core team is a small, dynamic unit which participates in new initiatives and cooperates with colleagues from around the world.


Your skills and experience


You’re an experienced data professional with affinity for financial domain and strong analytical and programming skills and want to be part of an agile team handling various projects.

  • You have good problem-solving skills, highly analytical, pro-active and detail-oriented and are eager to learn new technologies
  • 3+ years’ professional working experience in the analytics/data/banking domain
  • You have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with relevant technologies: Python, Flask, MongoDb, Javascript, NodeJS, React, Machine Learning
  • Experience with JIRA/Confluence/Atlassian stack
